The relationship between Edlen and the Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center began when we opened in September of 1991 and they have been our only electrical contractor since then. They provided valuable assistance to us when we designed our expansion, which was completed in February 2002.  This long-term partnership has proven to be an asset not only to us, but to our patrons, as well.

Edlen has built their own equipment designed specifically for use in a temporary event environment, such as the Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center.  In the past, the primary focus of electrical service contractors was on commercial and residential business.  By utilizing custom equipment, Edlen has been able to lower customer costs and provides for a safer environment for exhibitors and attendees alike, launching Edlen into the forefront of the trade show industry.   

Today Edlen has offices in 13 cities across the country, servicing over 4000 events annually in more than 200 convention facilities.  As Edlen continues into its fourth decade, their priorities still remain the same.  They don’t forget who their customers are and always strive to be the best at what they do.  This requires specialization and dedication to your craft.

Our on-line ordering section is easy to use and secure.  Orders for both equipment and services can placed and you will be sent an email confirmation that your order has been received by Edlen.  Orders received 14 calendar days PRIOR to first event move-in date will receive advance rate discounts.
