At the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention Center it is easy to impress attendees with the sumptuous buffets, delectable coffee breaks or elegant sit down meals you will not soon forget. If you can't find something to your liking on the extensive menu offered at the center we will custom design one for you and your group. Whether you're a convention or social group ordering a gourmet box lunch for 50 or a four course sit down dinner for 5,000, the catering department works tirelessly to ensure that each event or occasion is orchestrated with a sense of style, taste and a professional manner. On-premise catering is the focal point of the food and beverage department, although if you are a convention group using the center we will be happy to assist you with off-premise events.

Our award winning culinary department, with it's industry leading creativity and culinary panache, will create any theme you like, from mouth watering delicacies, with massive ice sculptures and props to match.
